30 units to be purchased from the U.S. to compensate the attrition losses. The purchase includes 42 GE F-110-129 engines, 60 LAU-129A, 36 LINK-16, 35 AN/APX-113 AIFF, 32 AN/APG-68(V9) radar, 36 JHMCS, 3 LINK-16 Ground Stations and 36 AN/ALQ-178 EWS.

2 attrition losses. Stand-off Deep Strike roles. Upgraded jointly with Israel. Specifications of the upgrade:
Structural upgrade: Replacement of wing fold ribs with new stronger parts, new attachment fittings and engine mountings, updated canopy sill bar, replacement of most hydraulic and pneumatic lines and tubes, 20km of wiring replaced (reducing weight by 750kg), fuel tank upgrade with reinforcements. Avionics upgrade: Front cockpit 1 new MFD, rear cockpit 2 new MFDs, new Elop 976 wide angle HUD and HOTAS system, high performance Elta EL/M-2032 ISAR capable high resolution SAR/GMTI multi-mode fire control radar, IAIC mission computer, new navigation equipment including GPS/INS connected to mapping mode, dual MIL-STD-553B databus managing avionics package, Astronautics Central Air Data Computer, new UHF and IFF packages, airborne video tape recorder (AVTR), Elta EL/L-8222 active ECM pod and Mikes (Aselsan) AN/ALQ-178V3 passive embedded SPEWS. 68 attrition losses, retirement, reserved as spare part, dummy or other. Peace Diamond I-II and USAF reserves, to be gradually retired.
